Amazing stay and service highly recommend

This one of our favourite apartments in Boston area! We have enjoyed our stay every time. Comfortable, easy to find and everything works perfectly.

Great stay for a week in White Plains! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay. Tatenda was the best host I’ve rented from and was ultra professional and communicative . She went above and beyond to help with small issues that arose. The unit was beautiful and has a very comfortable pull put bed that can sleep an additional two people. The location is mostly under development but easily walkable to other neighborhoods.

This is one of those reviews where I'm afraid to tell everyone how wonderful this place is because it'll make it harder to book in the future. Not only is the apartment itself quite nice (clean, quiet, comfortable, safe, good size), but the amenities in this building are epic. I absolutely used one of the conference rooms to work, bowled at the mini bowling alley, sat by the indoor fireplace to read and used the top level gym to workout. Too bad it was too cold for the pool. You're walking distance from the train station AND from hot spots like the Yale Art Gallery. Great find.

Great location. Loved having parking garage and gym in the building. Easy access to New Haven spots for work and fun. Appreciated the quick response through messaging and also the availability of a phone number to call with questions. Consider leaving some basics (salt, pepper, cooking oil) for guest use. Looking forward to staying here again!

Antes de qualquer crítica, o apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos: limpo, agradável, bem organizado, banheiros funcionais, boa climatização, micro-ondas, geladeira, fogão, utensílios, temperos e itens de limpeza. Tinha tudo para uma boa estadia. Imóvel novíssimo, com pouquíssimo uso, muito confortável. Porém, o anúncio informava garagem coberta, o que não era verdade. É garagem innterna, mas não coberta. Durante uma nevasca em Boston, meu carro ficou preso por dois dias, sem ferramentas para limpar a neve, causando transtornos. Dias de chuva também podem ser ruins. A comunicação com o anfitrião foi frustrante: respostas rápidas, porém automáticas e sem solução. Pedi troca do estacionamento, mas só responderam após seis dias, com negativa. Precisei acionar o Airbnb. Outro problema são as encomendas, que ficam em sala trancada e só são liberadas após muita insistência. Ruim, se tiver que ir embora logo, vai perder as encomendas. Recomendo o local pela qualidade, mas com ressalvas.

Summary: Wonderful place to stay if you’re in the Boston area. 100% recommended! I liked: Ok so this Airbnb was actually awesome. I’m kinda picky with stays and usually notice little things but this one really had no issues. It felt super nice, not like one of those empty rentals, and the whole place was really well kept. Hyatus and Tatenda were quick to reply to all requests and were really nice and professional, which makes a big difference when you’re traveling. The neighborhood was great too, we walked everywhere and it was quiet at night which I loved. Overall just a really really good stay, would totally book again for sure. I did not like: No complaints
