The room was clean, the customer support is kind, but this is not a hotel, and it’s not an easy process. You need to fill out additional forms, leave a credit card, and watch a lengthy check in video. When you arrive you have to park away from the entrance, check in, go to your room, get a key, get a parking pass from the room, go back to your car and go to the garage. My assigned spot was taken when I arrived. I was offered another spot that was compact only and I have a pickup truck. After an hour we were able to sort out parking. Again, the room was beautiful, clean, it was great. But the process to park and get into your room was cumbersome. At checkout you need to back to the garage, get your parking pass and rear view mirror hanger, leave it in the room, and then go back to your car and leave. For a very long stay, it might make sense. But for a quick 2 night stint, there’s so many hoops to jump thru.

Tatenda was a great host. Super responsive and helpful. Apartment was very clean and exactly how it appeared in photos. Thank you so much!

There were too many problems to solve to make this an enjoyable experience. First the code to get the key didn’t work. Then the fob is not consistent working with the elevator. So check in was a mess. Parking is a whole other disaster. In the description there is a number and floor they tell you to park in. But when we arrive the garage fob doesn’t work so we just have to drive through the exit side to get in. There were no numbers for spaces, so we park the highest floor to make moving suitcases and equipment easier. But then the fun part. The key fob won’t let you reach the floor of the garage. So we had to walk through a door and a half of snow each time. Then, after working overnights I get calls and texts waking me up saying they are going to tow the car. Remember how there were no numbers? Eventually they put up a new number and a different floor than the description and that disaster is solved. The company reps were nice but avoid this headache.

Great experience all around! The host was very quick to respond. The amenities were great. Easy check in with clear instructions. Great walkable location. The room looked just like the pictures. Would stay again for sure!

This is the most beautiful place I've ever stayed. I can't say enough about the location, the people, and the apartment. Truly stunning.

Had a big family group here for a winter mountain weeknd. Tatends helped us to gain early entry and was responsive.

Summary: Could not recommend enough. I liked: I think this is the best apartment I've ever stayed in while traveling. It was luxury, the building was beautiful, the amenities are beautiful, the furniture is brand new, and the hosts are super nice. I wish I could take this apartment with me during all my travels.
