Great place! We loved the cleanliness & location.

Incredible accommodations! Helpful portal.

I initially looked at hotels downtown, but with 3 teenagers the prices were incredibly expensive for a week stay. This place was perfect for my family. It was clean and spacious for us to spend our week in Boston. Tatenda was very responsive and a wonderful host! We didn’t walk the area or take the train since I rented a car. The parking garage offered a space for the unit, which was great…easy access and I didn’t have to worry about my rental car. On days I didn’t want to drive in the city, we did Uber. The location isn’t too far away from shopping (Target, Costco, TJ Maxx, grocery, etc.). We loved our stay, the place was cozy and we made family meals which saved on costs of eating out. This place did not disappoint and we would come back and stay again if we come back to Boston. Our trip was to tour colleges so this location was only 30 mins or less from colleges we toured. We have stayed in several Airbnbs in different countries and this one is at the top of our list.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The space felt cozy and well-maintained, with all the amenities to make me feel at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing place and host. Tatenda was very responsive and proactive with her communication. Makes all the difference when you’re traveling with family. Place was well stocked, clean, and great location. Will 100% be staying again when we visit Philly.

Great location for HBS . Short walk to Trader Joe’s and cafes. Building is finished but surrounding area is being completed. Will be really great when done Loved the apartment and facilities

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Tatenda With Hyatus’s place. The communication was so easy. Clear instructions were given, and responses were provided very quickly. The unit itself was just as pictured. Everything was clean, and some nice personal touches were included. We were four adults, and had just enough room, making it a comfortable stay. The building is in a great area, and has games in the lobby for any down time you might have; although there is plenty to do to keep you busy. I highly recommended this home away from home.
