Wonderful property- brand new building, nice spacious rooms perfect for family. Instructors for check in and out and everything in between very clear and helpful.

The apartment, itself, was as pictured. But the parking was a nightmare and frankly overshadowed every other element of my stay. Twice, I had to climb over the passenger size seat just to enter/exit my vehicle. Truly the smallest parking spot I have ever seen. Because the parking spots were filled, this also led to unnecessary concern about damage to my car, especially when another tenant parked poorly.

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was very responsive and quick to reply to any questions, which made everything super easy. Overall, a really good experience — I’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect

A well appointed and comfortable apartment close to Yale campus. A short 10 minute walk to Chapel Street

Loved this place, would absolutely recommend! Location is great, about 15 mins without traffic and can go up to 20-25 mins with traffic. Apartment was clean and really pretty! Building is new and surrounding area is very nice. Lobby and 3rd floor hangout where the pool is also super nice. The decor of the apartment is really nice. Kitchen has a good number of appliances. 1st bedroom has access to bathroom which is very convenient. 2nd bedroom has a window/opening that is kinda awkward ha but it makes the room bigger so I guess it makes sense. Host is very responsive and very sweet! Would 100% recommend while in Boston!

Such a great place we enjoyed being able to get around the city fairly easy because we are essentially located. Definitely is a place that we would stay again.

Everything we asked for, great spot!

Philadelphia is a wonderful town. A great place to spend a couple of days. The location is nice, with ease of getting to all types of amenities you might like in a big city. The place is nice, new and clean. Very nice people in the building. I will say that check-in was less than optimal. They run hard 4:00 check-in where the digital codes to access keys get turned on from remote location. I don't know how or why but unfortunately we were not able to get in to the property until an hour after check-in time and even then the place was not ready. It was explained that they had to clean up from use the day prior. The checkout time is 11:00am so that means they had 5.0 hours to clean a condo with small footprint. Communication were ok in a very stressful situation. They weren't bad, but weren't great. Because of their tardiness, we were left scrambling to make a check-in appointment. For the AirBnB brand and for what I paid, I expect check-in to be on-time and way better communications.

The place was very well maintained and extremely clean. The building itself is nice and new. Have nothing but good things to say. The travel time to downtown varied a lot depending on the hour and traffic - which means that you should budget enough time if travelling in the morning.

Our stay at Tatenda with Hyatus was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Tatenda was one of the most responsive and thoughtful hosts we’ve ever had—every message was answered within minutes, and every request, big or small, was handled with genuine care and professionalism. The apartment itself was spotless—immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We also greatly appreciated how accommodating Tatenda was with our schedule and special requests, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would give more than five stars if possible. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, top-tier stay!
