Great apartment, very clean and well maintained. We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 young kids, and it was perfect. Kids particularly enjoyed the kids room and games in the main areas, and the “princess” bed with curtains.

This Hyatus apartment had possibly the best view in New Haven with very comfortable beds and a secure garage to park in. If you go when the weather is nice, the rooftop was amazing. I also enjoyed the nespresso machine, the treats they left, and the huge TVs in every room. The design was modern but felt cold and a bit strange for my taste. The showers had low water pressure unfortunately. The kitchen had bare essentials, the living/dining area was cramped which made it less comfortable than other places we have stayed. It just didn’t feel like a space people had actually lived in. I also was not a fan of the location - because it was so close to the hospital, we heard so many sirens. But service was great, and we greatly appreciated that.

We had a wonderful stay at 51 South. The apartment was immaculate and the amenities the building provided were great. Walking distance to so many restaurants, bars and shops. Tatenda was very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had. Overall a great stay.

The location is excellent, and the host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a secure, high-end building with brand-new renovations, which made the stay very comfortable. The only thing to note is that parking is about a 5-minute walk away and requires an additional fee.

This property is truly a home away from home. It’s a newly built apartment featuring a well-equipped gym and a shared workspace. Inside the unit, you'll find a clean, spacious, and bright environment, complete with a fully kitchenette. The host is incredibly helpful, responsive, and communicative, always providing clear instructions to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.

We had a lovely stay! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and very quick! The apartment itself was super nice and spacious, and just as clean as promised. It was local to my assignment and had lots of good places to eat nearby as well. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone!

Responsive host Great layout Super clean Feels like home away from home

It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts were very proactive in their communication and responded quickly when we had a question. Very walkable to the Harvard campus and all the museums there along with shopping and restaurants in Harvard Square. The building had a nice live music night we really enjoyed while there. Everything else we toured in downtown Boston was within a 10 to 20 min drive. Note that if you are renting a car, you can park out front of building some during the day, but for overnight you’ll need to rent a parking spot with closest being a 10 min walk. I’d recommend this location and would stay again.

We enjoyed the Somerville apartment. The building security was very good and we felt safe. We also enjoyed the gym amenities. Apartment was roomy and comfortable.

Great location. Love how central it was while still feeling secure. Parking was a little tricky with two cars. All in all a great stay!!!
