Summary: Mala calidad - Precio. I liked: Que pudimos Convivir las 3 personas que estábamos de viaje. I did not like: Extremadamente caro para lo que era. Y la alfombra del pasillo exterior tenía un olor muy desagradable. Tienen que hacer algo.

Apartment was exactly as shown, close to downtown and things to do, and parking was a breeze. We would happily stay here again

Summary: Great apartment, get rid of the air fresheners I liked: The apartment is new and everything is pristine. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and crockery. No iron but I'm sure the very responsive staff would have provided one if requested. Very well located halfway between the excellent Westchester mall and Wholefoods Market and the downtown area where you have Shoprite and Target and other conveniences. I did not like: The minute I walked in, I was bombarded by the smell of the very strong cleaning products and air fresheners used in the apartment. Opening the window helped a little but the smell remained really strong throughout my stay because of the air fresheners inside. There is a large pot pourri plant in the bathroom and there is some kind of air freshening product used under the sink and in the living room. This was a huge stressor for me and I could feel that I was not sleeping properly and felt quite agitated throughout my stay. I'm surprised that these products are still being used in apartments considering all the information we now have about how bad the chemicals they emit are for our health. My health and state of mind/sleep improved markedly after I checked into another hotel without this problem so I was not imagining things. Would suggest future guests request that all these scented products be removed from the apartment and that the management allow extra time to air out the apartment thoroughly after cleaning (or use less toxic products) if this is a concern. Otherwise, I would have given this property a 10.

Amazing hospitality

Would recommend staying with Tatenda! Overall, we had a great time and it was a walkable distance from public transportation and local restaurants.

Great place to stay, and responsive and helpful host! We stayed here with our toddler and they provided us a high chair and pack and play that was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to questions and needs, and very approachable. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a pleasant stay with my K9 service animal. Secure and safe building/location with various amenities within the building. Parking within the complex was great. Relatively close to many must sees within Philadelphia.

Great place. Close to restaurants and stores. Hyatus were very responsive to any request.

Our “Home Away From Home”. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation at Jade. The home was well equipped with accommodations for a family of 6. Cleanliness of the condo was pristine and exceeded our expectations. We look forward to visiting the Boston area again in the near future, and look forward to booking this condo again.

Summary: Perfect stay. I will definitely come back to this apartment. Highly recommended. I liked: Very clean, cozy and well decorated apartment. Perfect location and only 1 mile from old downtown. I did not like: Parking may be a bit tricky. Don’t prepay for your entire stay if you plan to drive your car in town. Some parkings don’t allow in and out. It is better to just reserve when you get here and pay till you plan on driving the next day. So technically it is better to make few reservations instead of one long one.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was brand new. Location is very good, especially if you’re there for Harvard Business School. The host is great, helpful, friendly and responsive. The only thing which might bother is construction works nearby. But, I guess, it will be completed soon.
