Super appointed kitchen. Love the access to outdoors. Nice new apartments!!

We needed a place last second. This was perfect. Great location-walkable to cafes and great restaurants and the big family/game room Downstairs and roof top pool were awesome

We had a great stay at Everet Apartments: the rooms and kitchen were simple, spotless, and comfortable, and the whole place had a clean, calming vibe. The pool, workout room, and surrounding area were easy to access and navigate, which made day-to-day logistics a breeze. There was a brief parking hiccup, but Tatenda with Hyatus responded quickly and resolved it professionally, so it didn’t impact the trip. We would happily stay here again and recommend it—future guests might just confirm parking details ahead of arrival and keep the access instructions handy for a smooth check-in.

was a pleasant 6 nights at your home,parking was nice to have,the pool and other amenities and the court yards were beautiful, pretty close to downtown Boston, the apartment itself was very clean and comfortable with anything you might need,the area was nice with a great breakfast café across the street,would definitely recommend to others,thanks!

It’s a really nice place. We stayed during a heat wave though and the air would not go down to what we preferred, so it was a bit warm. Overall a good stay though

Tatenda was super helpful and kind, and always patient and prompt with my multiple questions :). The apartment is a great for short term or long term stay near Yale. But most importantly Hyatus manages the apartments very professionally and it’s a welcoming place away from home

The Hyatus location was impeccable. The place was beautifully decorated and smelled amazing upon each entry. The hosts quick response to questions was much appreciated!

We stayed here during our son’s Yale tryout and had an excellent experience. The place looks brand new, fully equipped like a quality hotel but with the comfort of a modern apartment. The covered parking was very convenient, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained as it should be. It has a washer and dryer, three bedrooms with comfortable beds, and all the amenities you could need. We truly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend it, and if we return to New Haven, this will be our first choice!
