We loved out stay and have since be come residente in the building ?

Summary: It was quite frustrating I liked: The residential area in the building was great: poolside, BBQ, rooms of relax and gym were really great benefit to our room. I did not like: 1. The room was dirty upon our arrival 2. The housekeeping that arrived after to clean it up properly was rude and gave us a great favour of doing her job 3, The furniture was damaged by pets 4. Some lights were not working 5. The dishwashing machine was broken 6. The sink in the kitchen was leaking and it took 3 days to fix it 7. Nobody came after to clean the mess after the plumber so it was a bad smell until the very last day of our stay 8. There was no safe in the room

Very comfy

Had a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay. Tatenda provided very clear instructions. Overall, the experience was positive; hotel amenities in a private residence.

Tatenda was terrific--she was always responsive and helpful in answering any questions and helping me overcome some the high tech issues with which I was unfamiliar--A+ on all accounts.

Amazing Customer Service

The apartment was very nice, new and modern. Very close to downtown Boston but not right in the city so it was nice. Had a couple of very small issues, contacted the booking agent and received very quick responses day and night. Would defiantly book with them again!

Absolutely Perfect

The unit was clean and perfectly spacious. Check in process was easy and the accommodations were great! The unit was conveniently located to the college and downtown. Communication with the management team was always quick, efficient and beyond helpful. Would highly recommend!

I truly enjoyed speaking with Tatenda—such a pleasure! I understand there are multiple units available, so the only small issue I experienced was not feeling comfortable opening the blinds. The building next door was much closer than expected, and since the listing photos showed a different view, I hadn’t realized it would be facing directly into our unit. Aside from that, everything else was smooth. The host was responsive, and any concerns I had were addressed in a timely manner, which I genuinely appreciated. My only suggestion would be to improve the cleanliness a bit. I changed both sets of bedroom sheets, and I did notice the mattress covers were stained and had some hair on them. That said, I still really enjoyed the stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for taking walks with my toddler, and the easy access to the freeway made getting around very convenient.

Highly recommend this rental. All the amenities made it extremely nice to ensconce in New Heaven. Parking was a blessing. Overall loved it!!

Cozy apartment with an access to the gym, activities’ room and swimming pool. The location is great, in a walking distance to the grocery store. The host was fantastic: always responsive, very helpful with everything (e.g. I had multiple amazon deliveries, which were always taken care of with text notifications). I highly recommend this place to everyone!
