We had a wonderful stay at this great apartment in New Haven. Tatenda is super helpful and very responsive with answering any questions. We love that there was lots to do within walking distance. The apartment was perfect for two couples spending a fun weekend together.

Gracious space
It was a lovely house, just as advertised. It was fun to see all of the unique things (arcade games, exercise equipment, etc.) and conveniences (lots of outlets, especially for devices, lamps, etc.) they had added. The view from the back of the house is gorgeous - I just wish the weather had been a little bit more conducive to being outside.

The unit was absolutely beautiful and the building itself felt very safe. Everything was exactly like the photos and all amenities were as described! This was one of the most communicative Airbnb hosts that I have had— checking in/out and getting questions answered was a breeze! I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

tatenda’s place is very nice, very comfortable, with all the great amenities. What a wonderful gym and rooftop! Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean and spacious. Just be aware that New Haven is very loud, but I guess you always have to beware of the noise in a city.

I’m so glad I picked this place for my recent Philly trip. While a studio, it comfortably accommodated 3 of us. The apartment was spotless-clean, the building that is located in is luxurious and the block is very quiet. I’m mentioning the quiet part as reviews of many other airBnB options around were noting street noise which was not the case with this gem. it comes with a designated parking spot (no extra charge) which on its own is a reason to pick this place over any other if you are traveling with a car. Water pressure on shower was great (as this seems to be another common issue with other places in Philly, not with this one). Not many restaurant options near-by the apartment however the location is strategically centered / short-distance to all popular areas (many of which you can reach in 15-20’ walk to). Lastly, I loved the toiletries that the owner had left for us, as one of my friends forgot their toothbrush! I’m planning to stay again here next time that I’m in Philly.

It was a good stay the people were friendly that I had to deal with, but my apartment was in a building owned by a separate property management company. There was some times I almost missed packages because if this. Overall it was a nice clean well kept and equipped apartment unit; it is in a convenient location next to downtown and near to Yale New Haven Hospital where I worked on assignment

Our family was traveling in the. Boston area for a baseball tournament and the location was very convenient. The apartment was in a new residential apartment building that had some really nice amenities and conveniences like private parking. The rooms were nice and clean and were represented well in the pictures. Our host was extremely responsive and professional. Check-in was extremely easy. Overall a very nice stay, would recommend if you’re looking to stay just outside of the city of Boston. It was only about a 15-20 uber ride.

We had a great stay at the Everett condo\. The location worked out perfectly for us—only about 15–20 minutes from both the airport and downtown Boston\. Revere Beach is also close by and became one of our favorite places to go for a sunset walk, grab something to eat, and just enjoy the area\. Parking was always easy and convenient, which was a big plus\. Our apartment was on the inside ring overlooking the pool\. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us\. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived\. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay twice and stayed for a total of six weeks\! After that much time, it really started to feel like home\. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to Boston, the airport, and the surrounding area.
