Apartment and complex were clean and comfortable. Host was responsive. Would come back!

Very spacious two bedroom apartment. Clean and well maintained. The location is great. It’s not the best neighborhood but it’s ok and safe if you are aware of your surroundings. The check in and out is pretty smooth. Great place to stay for families.

Great apartment with games room and gym, and coworking space. Tatenda was very responsive and helpful, even over the holiday weekend. I'd highly recommend.

The instruction video was very helpful as my GPS did not take me to the front of the building. Having to park and go to the apartment to get the parking garage badge was slightly inconvenient but worth it to have a safe place to park our car during our trip. The apartment was exactly as described and was perfect for a long weekend trip. There were a lot of restaurant options within walking distance. We would highly recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to Philly!

Great space, a little pricy for my 3 day trip but still very good.

We were not able to be there for our first night but Tatenda was so easy to communicate with about our issue. They were very quick with responses and gave a number that you could text from the start of the reservation. Check in instructions were great and I loved that it came with a video showing the check in process. The apartment was awesome!

Summary: It was what we needed on short notice I liked: We had to rent this at the last minute due to issues with our first hotel I did not like: The secondary parking lot was touted as secure. Well another family staying with us had their car broken into and rummaged through. The owner of the vehicle was not happy.

Great place to stay. Clean, spacious, and easy to assess. Great garage parking. Really close to city center. Building offers a lot of amenities. Overall great experience.

Summary: Clean, but I do think it was overpriced. I liked: The game room was nice to have something to do for a little while in the evenings. I did not like: The couch was super uncomfortable.

Stayed for nearly 3w recovering from a medical procedure. Unit was clean, and accessible. Staff was great. Plenty of amenities. Would stay again.

Summary: 能够很快的回消息，入住和退房非常方便，停车场很大，可以直达居住的楼层，总之如果下次去还想选这里 I liked: 地理位置，环境都很好，附近有一家烤肉店非常有名。开车去市区也很方便 I did not like:
