Well equipped kitchen and sizeable living area. Nice neighbourhood and family liked golf sim, pool and pool table. Train to Grand central is a 15 minute walk away. Hosts were quick to respond. Some minor issues with WiFi were resolved quickly. It’s an apartment so some noise from other residents occasionally.

I cannot articulate how much I love staying here. I had to stay here twice for two weeks for surgery, so I spent was basically in this unit 24/7. The unit itself is beautiful and looks just like the photos, if not better. Love the big open windows that let so much light in. The bed & couch are very comfortable, blackout curtains. really large mounted modern TVs with Netflix and other streaming apps too. Kitchen is fully stocked, also appreciated the bathroom has toothbrushes and toothpaste. Noise is not really an issue at all. The lobby is cool and has different games you can play which is fun for families, as well as a nice outdoor pool. The gym is better than expected with modern well maintained equipment. Location awesome many restaurants. Best of all are the hosts. They respond faster than anywhere I’ve stayed, so helpful & kind. We never needed anything really, but I don’t doubt they wouldn’t hesitate to do anything to improve our stay. Can’t recommend enough 10/10!!!

Summary: Place is great. Management communication is good but quite by the book. I liked: Location super close to tram to Boston; spacious and bright apartment with swimming pool and gym. Loved it I did not like: The virtual check in asked a lot of personal information. We had a small issue with the toilette but the management of the property and the maintenance team was not super synched on how they enter the apartment to fix it so it took us a couple of days to DIY. We asked if a late check out was possible, and was offered 30 mins…

Loved our 2 week stay at this property. Beautiful and spacious 2BR apartment in a new building with outstanding facilities in a fantastic location - Assembly Row is super convenient and everything we need is within a short walk or drive from our place. Very family-friendly and we loved the combination and convenience and access to nature - the river and playground is only a 5-min walk away. Location is great - a short drive to Boston or Cambridge city center, and the T Station is a three minute walk away. The host is incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the stay, and they are very friendly and helpful. We'd love to stay here again next time we visit Boston.

We had a great stay at the Everett condo\. The location worked out perfectly for us—only about 15–20 minutes from both the airport and downtown Boston\. Revere Beach is also close by and became one of our favorite places to go for a sunset walk, grab something to eat, and just enjoy the area\. Parking was always easy and convenient, which was a big plus\. Our apartment was on the inside ring overlooking the pool\. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us\. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived\. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay twice and stayed for a total of six weeks\! After that much time, it really started to feel like home\. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to Boston, the airport, and the surrounding area.

I had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for an easy and enjoyable stay. The location was convenient, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was smooth and well organized. The space felt much more comfortable and welcoming than a traditional hotel, while still offering the quality and professionalism you would expect from a luxury property. I would absolutely stay with Hyatus again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a furnished apartment in the Boston area.
