Overall good stay. Very clean and new. The check-in instructions were sufficient - over sufficient. It's about a 1.5 hour read to get through them all, so be prepared. Pretty sure they were written by AI and published without human review...hint hint (AI should not be used for any final document in my opinion). I'm 72% sure the whole operation, including Sarah, is an AI-bot. No offense, Sarah, you are very responsive and friendly. But I'm guessing you at least use AI to start replies to messages. It's quite easy to see when something is written by AI vs. a human. Had a couple issues that Sarah resolved quickly - seemingly "new building" issues that I'm sure they will get worked out soon. Key fob didn't work to get in from garage, and the oven and washer/dryer breakers both tripped when used. Majority of pictures in listing are of the public common spaces, not the actual apartment. Slimy marketing tactic if you ask me. I'm more about truth/honesty. (100% human-written)

It's a lovely apartment with wonderful amenities. Though not necessarily affiliated with the rental, the building employees were friendly and accommodating enough to allow us to store luggage which is RARE with Airbnbs. We had a slight hiccup wherein, the trash was not removed from the unit prior to our stay. The host resolved and compensated us for the trouble. All in all, I'd recommend this is place to anyone looking for an "at home feel," with a few luxury hotel amenities like a gym,pool and luggage accommodations.

Summary: A comfortable stay I liked: it's a comfortable studio flat in a recently launched building with full amenities. Staff was helpful, 2nd floor facilites were quite useful, and free underground parking is obviously a bonus. I did not like: Flat looks at a derelict old industrial/office building across the road - the view wasnt the best. The building is located in the old industrial part of the city despite the fact it's a less than a mile away from the centre.

We had some initial problems checking in and had to wait some time after check in time to be provided with the details however this was quickly rectified by Sarah. The apartment itself was lovely and had everything we needed. There was lots of room for 5 of us to spread out and the car park was great. Thank you

We stayed here for our family trip & our son's summer program at a nearby college. This was a wonderful experience and Sarah was super helpful. She always responded swiftly and even helped sending a parcel to our home when it arrived after check-out! The place was clean and very well organized. Location was perfect - close to key spots but also very quiet and peaceful. We would love to come back in the near future.

Great space with lots of room and amenities.

Great location but takes studying to figure out how to get in and park. Also have to sign contracts and jump through some hoops. They provide walk thru videos to guide you but not as easy as a door code. Parking garage was closed so had to use a different one and transport luggage further. Not bad when you get it all figured out but would have preferred a house instead. The plus side is plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a theater all right outside your door. Little noisy at night.

Newly renovated with lots of attention to detail - lights everywhere, comfortable beds, easy kitchen. The place was very clean. Will stay again next we visit our daughter in Philadelphia.
