Summary: I liked: דירה מרווחת במיקום טוב I did not like: אין עם מי לדבר. הכל בהתכתבות

I've stayed in many places over the years, but this one exceeded them all! From the moment we booked, everything was exceptionally well organized. The step-by-step check-in instructions, complete with helpful video, made the entire process incredibly smooth and easy. What truly made the experience outstanding was Sarah, our wonderful host. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always just a message away, responding within minutes whenever we needed anything. Her communication and hospitality were exceptional. The apartment itself was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It genuinely felt like home! The location was another highlight, absolutely fantastic! A lively and lovely neighborhood, yet peaceful and away from the noise of the city. The perfect balance! The only minor challenge we experienced was receiving packages, but as soon as we contacted Sarah, she was quick to help resolve the issue. Overall, this was one

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious apartment! The space was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our family of six. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything we needed during our stay. Parking was convenient, although the spaces were quite small and a little tight to maneuver in. Sarah was friendly and very quick to respond to communication. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this apartment to families looking for a comfortable, upscale place to stay!

I had a great stay here! Sarah was a kind, thoughtful, caring & responsive host. I felt very comfortable because of how welcoming to me she was & truly felt right at home. The apartment was pretty & modern, check-in was very easy to navigate. Thanks for everything!

Sarah was a very responsive and accommodating host! The place was spotless and the kitchen was fully stocked with quality pots and pans. It was nice to make a home cooked meal during our travel. The location is walkable to a coffee shop. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

The apartment was amazing! Super clean and plenty of space. This is by no means negative, just information for the staff - the TV in the back bedroom was not set up for watching. Also, your property made us feel very safe as we were 2 women traveling with children. I would highly recommend your facility to any of our friends traveling in the area.

Great property, rooms were clean and had a pretty efficient kitchen. Parking wasn’t so great, but not a dealbreaker. Washer/dryer combo took at least two hours every time we used it and did not fit very many clothes so keep that in mind if you plan on washing clothes while on your trip. Appreciated the fact that we were able to just leave when we were ready to go and did not have to clean anything up.

The location was situated centrally to everything that I would have wanted to visit as a tourist. Relatively close to Wooster Street and walkable to downtown and the Yale university campus, a quick drive to the Hill and Newhall area. very close to all of the great dining and entertainment as well as campus shopping.
