So nice luxurious and just perfect!

Just wow. Stayed at this gorgeous luxury spot right by City Hall in Philly and honestly—didn’t want to leave. The place was even better than the photos (and the pics were already amazing). Super clean, super modern, and the vibes? Immaculate. I loved how I could walk out and be in the middle of everything—cafes, restaurants, that beautiful fountain at Dilworth Park, all just steps away.

Loved our stay our whole family was meeting in philly and most of us stayed in hotels and I stayed here and they were all jealous lol

Well-located, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped apartment. Host was very responsive to all questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for the Boston Marathon and I found the location to be extremely close to the city with a 8 min walk to the train station and 15 min train ride. I also thought the beds were so comfortable which was so nice so that I could relax before the run. The team was also flexible with check in and once I ran into some travel delays checked in on me to ensure everything was alright. I would definitely stay again.

Este lugar fue excepcional. Nuevo a estrenar. El servicio al cliente y la atención por parte del Host fue impecable. Hicimos una solicitud de cafetera y equipos De cocina. No en menos de 30 mins ya el anfitrión había resuelto todo. El lugar es moderno, de fácil acceso. A una manejada de 15 mins al centro dr Boston

Only issue was the air conditioner temperature and noise level. Otherwise, everything was great.

Family weekend

We enjoyed walking to coffee shops in New Haven in the morning & also the choice of so many restaurants for lunch and dinner within close walking distance. The bowling and pool table in the game room were so much fun! The apartment was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Summary: Ich komme trotzdem wieder, aber anderes Zimmer. I liked: Zimmerausstattung und der gute Kaffee in der Lobby I did not like: Auch diesmal bat ich um ein ruhiges Zimmer, (so wie beim letzten Mal - Gebäude in der Gold-Street mit Blick zum Park, war sehr ruhig angenehm), bekommen habe ich Zimmer im The Maddox - Gebäude mit Zimmer auf eine vielbefahrene Strasse und einer gegenüberliegenden Kühl-Anöage? die Tag und Nacht - laute Geräusche von sich gab. Sauberkeit: der Kühlschrank war nicht geputzt, Krümmel, fettige Fingerabdrücke waren noch vorhanden. Boden im Bad wies auch noch Schmutzspuren auf.

Summary: I liked: Muy cómoda, bien puesta, bien ubicada. Tenía la arepa y se arropa. I did not like: Muy poco personal en el complejo, para ayudar frente a algún tema, todo a través del portal, incluso el check in, check out. Hubiera sido bueno saber esto de ante mano, porque tampoco fue una estadía económica pero en general estuvo muy bien.

Excellent host and apartment. Would recommend

We were a family of 5 visiting Boston for a few days on a 2 week tour. This place was ideal for us - very clean, seemed really new in fact. Loads of space, 3 TVs, everything you need in the kitchen and a bonus of 2 bathrooms. It's quite close to to downtown boston, we drove and used the T which you can get from Sullivan Square. The T is much quicker and cheaper, parking is extortionate in the centre. It's also really close to Assemby Row which has loads of restauarants and shopping.
