This stay is in my top 3 of AirBNB stays. Everything was clean and tidy upon entry and the bed was very comfy. Walkable distance to Yale and close to food and the highway. I really enjoyed my stay and Tatenda’s communication was excellent. We needed to extend our stay and it was easy and seamless. I was here for work and new to the area and here I was safe and had everything I needed. The kitchen was a definite plus. A very quiet and peaceful stay, I would stay again.

We stayed at a 5 star hotel after our stay with Tatenda and it didn’t compare to how wonderful Tatenda’s place was. It was large, clean, safe, quiet. Checked all the boxes. Tatenda was extremely responsive and helpful. Wonderful experience.

We loved our stay! The apartment had a spacious and comfortable layout. We enjoyed walking across the street to Tulum, a delicious Mexican restaurant and down the street to a cozy Irish pub. The location was safe and easy to get around. We enjoyed the building amenities such as the gym, shuffle board, pool, corn hole games. Wonderful host that provided us with everything we needed and more. We would stay here again and we recommend that you book this place.

We loved our experience in CT! This place was so cozy and perfect for me and my spouse during our stay! So close to everything we had on our list of places to visit. Walkable distance to restaurants and bars. The amenities in the building were amazing! Thank you for allowing us to stay here! Very clean, well equipped and beautiful apartment. Everything worked perfectly. The house had also good gym and nice co-working areas, beautiful private garden with barbaque facilities and a pool. We enjoyed our stay a lot in this place and will definately stay again when visiting in Boston area.

Perfect stay in a quiet area

The apartment was brand new including all the kitchen equipent. Two separate bedrooms with separate bathrooms and walking closets is super relaxed for a family. Every room had a large screen TV. Somerville is located in the northern part of Boston, appx. 15 minutes from the center. The area is very quiet.

I have to say our stay was incredible! I booked it for my wife's 30th birthday and it was everything she wanted! We brought our two kids, dogs, and other family members and everyone loved it! Host was super helpful and answered every question I had! The private backyard with the creek behind it was a dream! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay with Hyatus' Stays at this listing. The place was beautiful and quiet. Just a note that if you're staying there off-season the pool might not be open all year round. It's not something I knew to ask about, but it was not open when I stayed and I was looking forward to that amenity, so if that's something that really matters to you - I'd say ask for clarification beforehand. The gym though was great! Also, the host was very responsive, kind, and helpful. I'd definitely stay in this listing again. Happy Bnb-ing!

Really a very nice apartment, great building with excellent gym, rec room, parking, excellent all around
