The apartment was beautiful, convenient and perfect for all of us. The host was very helpful and accommodating we will definitely be staying with them again. We recently stayed at the AIRBNB Hyatus property in Everett, Boston, and had a wonderful experience. The property was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, and we truly loved our stay there. Sarah and the Hyatus team were excellent in providing all the information we needed, which helped avoid any confusion and made everything easy and smooth. We really appreciated their support and would happily stay again.

This was a great location in Boston. I would have given this 5 stars but the check in and check out was a little confusing. The owner was sending me a link for the guest portal, however it was opening up in the VRBO app but was just opening the listing. The owner had to send the link to my phone through text message for the link to work properly. Once I finally got into the guest portal everything was great until I went to check out. The same link had the instructions and codes to get the key fob from the lobby for the apartment (which had a different code for the door). Check out was at 11am and we went to check out at 6am to get to the airport. When I clicked on the link to get the codes, they had been deleted and just said “pending”. I tried to text the owner and called the help desk who put in a service call, which was about 30 min later. Word of advice for future guests is to take a screenshot of the codes to have on your phone in case this happens again. They said they would put in a request to the tech team to get this problem fixed.

Summary: Had a great time and loved the location, great bars, food and shops around us. Great place that felt very safe. I liked: The property was in great condition and spotless throughout. Excellent facilities also in the complex. I did not like: Our flight was late and when we came to check in the process didn’t work…. In the middle of the night this made things difficult.

Sarah was extraordinarily responsive, warm, friendly and welcoming from the time I booked through my stay. What made this experience even better was the portal provided by Sarah with pre-check-in, midday and check out instructions, recommendations and helpful videos to make the process so seamless and easy. We loved this two bedroom. It was the perfect place for my family. It was so walkable, convenient, and accessible. More importantly, we felt comfortable, safe, and at-home with every convenience and amenity we could need while traveling. The apartment was well decorated and very clean. I couldn’t recommend a stay more highly and would definitely come back.
