We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and so comfortable for my kids and I. After spending our days exploring Salem, it was really nice to come back to a space that felt relaxing and welcoming. We had plenty of room, everything was clean and well cared for and the location worked perfectly for our trip. We made such sweet memories in Salem and truly enjoyed having this as our little home away from home. We would absolutely stay again!

Check in and checkout process was horrendous. Doesn’t help that service near the VIRTUAL check in area is almost non-existent . Pictures look better than the rooms themselves. Area is fine the rooms are standard an okay. Never would I refer to this place as luxurious. It took 2 hours for me to check in and I had to call the service desk since the access codes never worked for the keys. When I was checking out and had to go to a train we were held for 30 minutes because. Once more, the virtual key box access codes never worked was not working. I called three times and was able to finally get some help… this place is not really worth the money, it is not luxurious, all the staff on site say management is a whole other thing so you have to call for help, and lastly the room looked like it hadn’t been dusted in years when we got there.

This place was a great stay. The hosts and staff were super responsive and thoughtful. I can’t express enough how much their thoughtfulness made our stay better. On top of that the place is well decorated, well cleaned and convenient! I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great central location between Boston and Salem. The beds were comfortable and big enough with large bathrooms. We felt the living area was a little small for 4 adults but it was fine for the time we were there. Sarah responded quickly to messages and quickly responded to minor issues.

The place was beautiful, Sarah was very responsive and as helpful as she could be, but the parking the whole time was horrendous and the handicap accessibility was horrendous! We were stuck in one parking spot the whole time that was too small for the vehicle I have and there was no handicap accessibility available at all

The building is very quiet and modern. We had plenty of space to spread out. Having laundry was a bonus. Had a couple of issues/questions during check in, but Sarah was very quick to respond. She was helpful & made things right. We choose to Uber down to the main shopping/eating area. Our group would look into this place again if traveling into Salem. Felt safe the whole time.

Great location, and the property is nice and clean and secure. Some communication is provided through the property???s website rather than Vrbo, which is not an issue, but just be aware that the check-in information is not available directly through Vrbo. There were not enough towels provided for the number of people staying at the property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Sarah’s place was immaculate-the area was beautiful and easy to get to after a long drive from Philadelphia. The instructions on the portal were super helpful and efficient. The building amenities were excellent and the neighbors were friendly. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend Sarah as a host!

I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. I would gladly stay here again!

You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
