Overall good in terms of cleanliness, location, and amenities. However given the price we paid for it but there were too many snafus. When we arrived at around 5, the door key code pad wasn’t working. We stuck around for a while because it was unclear when it would be fixed. Eventually we left and things were remedied about 2 hours later. In addition, we planned to hit the pool on the day of check out ( we stayed 2 nights) but entry to the pool wasn’t working. About an hour later someone helped fix our fobs vs. maybe the lifeguard was late and no entry allowed? We were refunded $150 for our issues but not enough in my mind given the overall price.

The house and interior represent as photos, spacious and very clean, comfy. Mike and Tatenda have been very responsive and helpful during our struggle with proper parking place nearby the house, and always be proactive to ask if any else we need. Will be love to come back and stay here next trip here!

The property is excellent. The amenities include a swimming pool, office rooms for work, a sitting area overlooking the swimming pool, and an open area. Check-in was very smooth, and the guide Tatenda sent took me step-by-step. She was also very responsive and answered my questions within no time.

We had a great stay at the Everett condo\. The location worked out perfectly for us—only about 15–20 minutes from both the airport and downtown Boston\. Revere Beach is also close by and became one of our favorite places to go for a sunset walk, grab something to eat, and just enjoy the area\. Parking was always easy and convenient, which was a big plus\. Our apartment was on the inside ring overlooking the pool\. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us\. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived\. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay twice and stayed for a total of six weeks\! After that much time, it really started to feel like home\. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to Boston, the airport, and the surrounding area.

I had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for an easy and enjoyable stay. The location was convenient, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was smooth and well organized. The space felt much more comfortable and welcoming than a traditional hotel, while still offering the quality and professionalism you would expect from a luxury property. I would absolutely stay with Hyatus again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a furnished apartment in the Boston area.
