We could not say enough good things about this stay. The place was quiet, clean, had everything we needed and the instructions were thorough and easy to follow.

Might be one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. The host was super responsive, any question I had was addressed within minutes. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised in the photos and descriptions, the building had extremely friendly staff manning the lobby, and the location in central Philly had great access to all the things we were in town for. Overall, would absolutely stay here again.

The property itself inside the apartment was fantastic. The check-in process was strange, though, as the video explaining everything was much longer than it should’ve been. The directions or email just before check-in, and the check-in process was complex.

Sarah was an amazing host! She was always responsive, helpful, and genuinely such a kind person. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, and the rooms were so nice and comfortable. The views from the living room were spot on and made the stay even better. Everything was incredibly clean and spotless when we arrived. Overall, it was a 10/10 apartment and an amazing stay. I would definitely recommend staying here! Thank you Sarah!

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities. Clean and new with lovely decor. 2 bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms. One of which can be used as a hall bathroom (it has 2 doors. One connected to the 2nd bedroom and one connected to living area) The washer dryer is not stacked. It is a combo washer dryer.

Fantastic spot to stay in Salem. Less than a ten minute drive into the Witch Village and such an amazing apartment to live in for a few days. Scenic window views, swank living space, and somewhere that makes you feel right at home instantly. When we revisit Salem, we will absolutely try to stay here again

I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. I would gladly stay here again!

You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
