We stayed at this apartment for a little over 2 weeks and were very satisfied with the experience. Tatenda was a great host and was very communicative. I would stay at this apartment again. Positives: modern, contemporary, clean, lots of light, parking, building amenities like fitness center, yoga room, beautiful courtyard, lots of privacy to conduct remote work from the lobby cubicles, easy connections to US1, logan airport, Assembly Row, I-93

It is a beautiful home with lots of amenities and lots of areas to relax and spend time with family (or be by yourself, if needed or desired). The host provided lots of proactive communication, and we found the location, the home, the amenities, and everything about our stay to be good. The game room was especially fun and helpful for our kids (and adults too!) who enjoyed playing the games and watching the World Cup on the big screen tv. There are lots of great rooms to relax in, exercise in, sleep in, etc. There is a wonderful dinner table and two nice gathering spaces (one of them in the game room). The master bedroom is incredible, though located above the game room so be careful if you have gamers who want to play late into the evening (it will be loud in the master bedroom!). All-in-all, it's really a wonderful place to stay and was nearly a perfect experience for us. We are thankful for the time we were able to spend there.

Absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was new and spotless, beautifully furnished and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, and the location made getting around incredibly easy. The host was responsive throughout our checkin and stay. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free place.

This place is great for a visit to Boston and a day trip to Salem. Unit was very clean and spacious. Decor very nice. Host was perfect. Most responsive I have had at any time of day. 15 minute walk to train station. Tips. Check in before and download password to WiFi and codes. Download house manual ahead and change ac to permanent hold by pressing hold button down. PDF will be in files app on iPhone. No phone service on our phones so we could not access there. Train to Salem 20 minutes. Linens and beds were nice. Toiletries provided. Nice touch they had toothbrushes and toothpaste. I would bring own body wash if you are picky. Did not suds up well. I highly recommend this unit. It’s about 20 to 25 for uber into Boston. About 20 minute ride. Great kitchen. Coming grounds coffee was 5 minute walk. Good coffee and food. Check in process on third party app was a little different but turned out fine. If u are mostly seeing Boston, you may want unit there.

Excellent property in general. The building is clean and feels safe with lots of amenities. The apartment is as pictured, clean and cozy and the hosts are extremely responsive. Convenient parking and convenient to shops and restaurants. The only issue was the apartment above us was so noisy that they woke us up more than once early in the morning and in the evening would pace the floor so loud and with so much force it would sometimes shake our unit. The noise reoccurred daily my entire stay. The host said they reported the noise and did not have another unit available, so I was forced to live with it for 7 days.

Location is a can’t miss! A little challenging getting in, lots of security, so close to everything and convenience is off the charts! Could use more comfy bed, pillows and furniture. For what we received i believe it wasn’t worth the price. However, we very much enjoyed the location and access to so much! The correspondence was excellent

The place was very clean and comfortable. It was also centrally located between the north end and Salem/points north, so we were able to do some exploring of the surrounding areas without having to commit to one or the other. The area is being developed, so there is some construction in the area, but it has everything you could need just a short walk or drive away.

We had a great stay at the Everett condo\. The location worked out perfectly for us—only about 15–20 minutes from both the airport and downtown Boston\. Revere Beach is also close by and became one of our favorite places to go for a sunset walk, grab something to eat, and just enjoy the area\. Parking was always easy and convenient, which was a big plus\. Our apartment was on the inside ring overlooking the pool\. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us\. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived\. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay twice and stayed for a total of six weeks\! After that much time, it really started to feel like home\. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to Boston, the airport, and the surrounding area.

I had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for an easy and enjoyable stay. The location was convenient, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was smooth and well organized. The space felt much more comfortable and welcoming than a traditional hotel, while still offering the quality and professionalism you would expect from a luxury property. I would absolutely stay with Hyatus again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a furnished apartment in the Boston area.
