Condo was clean and kitchen well stocked. We cooked most of our meals due to medical conditions. Grocery store is a 5 min drive away. We appreciated the parking spot, although the garage door was often broken so not as secure. The air conditioner stopped working on a Friday and was fixed the next afternoon. W/D was convenient and allowed us to pack fewer clothes. Our family enjoyed staying here.

I'll start with the positives. We had a fantastic time at the apartment, the residents we met, and the great facilities that were shared in the building community were a real winner for us. We had no noise issues at all, and the location was great for experiencing the real East Boston community.I'll address other feedback and thoughts below:Value: We booked this property at a premium as the prices had surged due to the World Cup unfortunately. When we checked a few days before arriving, the price had dropped way back down, so that was disappointing. For value, at normal rate, the apartment was fantastic, at the premium we paid it was not worth the money.Cleanliness: We had to connect with Hyatus as soon as we arrived as there were finger prints on the kitchen units, appliances, living room window and mirror. There were very responsive and arrived to rectify the issue. Overall there is an opportunity to improve the cleanliness of the building. The pool area tables, and fountains were dirty for example and to take the place to the next level, could be easily improved.Communications & Check in: We had a 5 star experience with them. Any communications were swiftly addressed and check in was a breeze. If I could offer any feedback it would be the lack of luggage storage at check out. We were out the apartment at 11am and our UK flight home was at 8pm, so the whole day dragging cases about was fun :)

Great stay, located close to everything. Property was exactly as described. Host was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions. Would definitely stay again!

This place was great! Just enough outside of Boston’s hustle and bustle. Quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe. It was a little confusing with all the codes/fobs/directions at first, but we figured it out quickly. Tatenda was very responsive and easy to communicate with! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Highly recommend this location if you want to be close to the city but also easy access all else northern MA has to offer and easy access to the airport! Thank you for a great stay!

Love this place

Amazing place

We had an amazing stay! Close to Yale and a 10 min or less drive to most things! Would stay again! The rooftop as especially nice to unwind after a long day!

Really great stay

This was a great place for our family of 4. Hosts were responsive, check in was excellent, and it was very clean and nice. The building overall was great with some nice amenities. Having a parking space was very helpful. (Tho the spaces are very tight.) The AC was EXCELLENT which is a big plus for us and was also adjustable by room. There were exactly 4 settings of dishes so we got paper plates to avoid washing dishes constantly. There was plenty of bright daylight and it felt open and bright. (This especially helped with no overhead light in the master. ) Thanks Mike & Tatenda.

Tatenda is very responsive and helpful. She is always on the line to address questions. We didn’t find an ironing board of normal size and she immediately have someone send a new one over, which is a surprise to us. The place is a bit off center but very accessible to the centers. It is well located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. My family and I enjoyed staying there and it is good value for money.
