Summary: Overall, we were extremely satisfied. I would stay there again any time. I liked: The room on the 5th floor was very clean, spacious, with high ceilings. There was one bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a living room with a spacious attached kitchen, which contained everything we needed. On the first floor was a coffee machine with freshly ground coffee available 24/7. Our car had its own parking space on the inside parking lot, with a bar code for driving in at any time. Air conditioning was easy to operate; at times we turned it off and opened windows. I did not like: The only potentially negative aspect was that the queen sofa bed in the living room was sagging and not very comfortable.

Lovely stay! Apartment was on the smaller side, but perfect for 2-3 people! Beds clean and comfortable, bathroom spacious. Kitchen was good…big cookers so disappointed no Roast setting on oven but everything worked well. AC very effective. Awesome building…great outdoor area in middle of building we spent lots of time at! Overall, very easy and comfortable place for the Stamford area!

This is a true efficiency in a great building that is perfectly located in Philadelphia with easy walking access to museums, restaurants, and very fast access to 676/76/95. I lived in Philadelphia for 10 years and you really can't do much better than this. The apartment itself is quiet and comfortable. Amazing secure easy access garage parking! That alone makes this place a massive find. Great communication from corporate host. I would argue that this is good for a couple or maybe a couple with a young child. To open the couch would make the space too small to be practical. That said, we had our daughter sleep on the couch and she was very happy. Excellent bedding is provided. This would be 5/5 stars - only downsides were the vague last minute access to the apartment (though we did get early access once they released the access info) and lack of cooking equipment. That said, this is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Philadelphia. You won't regret it.

Es un buen lugar principalmente si llevas vehículo, es genial que tenga su propio estacionamiento. El lugar es cómodo, éramos 4 personas y realmente todo estuvo bien. La comunicación siempre fue oportuna y cordial para atender nuestras solicitudes. Recomiendo leer y ver detenidamente las indicaciones para poder entrar.
