The hosts were incredible to work with and so easy to contact! We were in Boston during an unexpected nor'easter and they kept us updated on what to watch for if something would happen.We needed maintenance on a toilet, and they had help dispatched asap. The fix was quick and not invasive. I was so impressed with how well we were taken care of. Thanks Hyatus Team!

Sarah was amazing. Responsive and helpful. The location was ok and within walking distance to Dube’s for amazing lobster Mac n Cheese and wonderful staff. Also, 3 minute walk to the neighborhood convenience store. Very friendly people working there as well. The apartment has a very minimalist corporate feel. Clean and efficient. Plenty big enough for four adults to hang out and weather a rain storm, comfortably.

This is a great solution for a stay in Boston … the station is less than 10 mins walk and is safe . The facility is kept clean and has a great gym , outdoor area & pool . The apartment is well stocked and spacious . The cleaners did an excellent job on handover . Communication with host was strong throughout . Would recommend .

I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
