Summary: I liked: Highly recommend! We chose Hyatus because we were travelling with our youngest kids, and we prefer to have a separate bedroom / living space / kitchen when we can, but we also like the convenience of a hotel. Hyatus was fantastic! The kids playroom is an excellent amenity for young kids, along with the pool and other communal spaces - plus it was great to be easy walking distance from excellent coffee/breakfast and dinner. Amazing apartment. Super clean with everything provided. Great location too (few yards from train station). Highly recommended

Summary: Clean but not welcoming I liked: clean spacious condo lots of restaurants right outside and a movie theater I did not like: two front doormen, one was wonderful and nice but he was at the other building. Ours was incredibly rude. I asked a question he walked away and just pointed, didn’t answer with a word. It was a very cold “executive” feeling not a warm, family friendly place The pool was the size of a matchbox, I never would have brought three teenagers if I had known this The pool table in our building had no equipment for it. The company had absolutely no flexibility. we wanted to pay for an extra parking spot and they wouldn’t let us but there were so many open spots, they were not flexible about changing days or canceling at all like most of the properties in Boston. I would not use them again.

They were a great host, and the place was wonderful. Will definitely want to stay there again!

This stay was a great experience. Probably the best communication from a host I’ve seen so far. The area is wonderful to stay in and great for a family.
