Hyatus guest reviews, in guests’ own words.

Overall I was very satisfied with the location and accommodations. It's worth noting that the work space is on the second floor of the building, not in the room. I needed to have a closed door environment from time to time and was able to use the small kitchen table as a desk. The room was clean and well appointed. And the location is great. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars and city landmarks are all within reasonable walking distance. The doormen were all very friendly and always helpful. All of this was important for me because I was there for three weeks. I would definitely recommend it.

Summary: I liked: 위치가 좋습니다. 아침에 커피는 무료로 마실 수 있습니다. 보안키가 별도로 있어서 1층 라운지에서 아이들이 공부를 할 수 있었습니다. I did not like: 주변 아파트 이름이 비슷하여 찾아가는데 어려움이 있었고, 위치에 따라 시설을 이용하는 것이 다릅니다. 고객에게 제대로 안내를 해야 되겠습니다. 부킹닷컴에 올라와 있는 정보가 현지 방문했었을 때 달라서 당황스러웠습니다.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sarah’s home. From start to finish, Sarah was an exceptional host. She was welcoming, responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly easy to communicate with. The home was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. My wife and I were in the middle of a hectic move, and having such a peaceful, well-kept place to stay made a stressful few days so much easier. Sarah went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we truly appreciated her hospitality. You can tell a lot of care and attention goes into both the home and the guest experience. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay here again and would highly recommend Sarah and Hyatus to anyone visiting the area. Truly a five star experience from beginning to end!

Thank you Mike and Tatenda for your hospitality. This apartment is an absolute gem, beautifully furnished and full of charm. Our hostesses were wonderfully kind and welcoming, and it shows in all the little touches they thought of, from the coffee pots to a kitchen and the bathroom that had absolutely everything we needed. We felt completely safe and at ease during our stay, thanks to the secure locks and the very secure building. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you so much, and we can't wait to come back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful and clean. Plenty of space and great location. Close to store and quick eats. Not far from Essex street and the center of Salem. 5 stars on communication and the checkin/out portal. Super helpful and available 24/7. Definitely would recommend for family and friends.
