We truly enjoyed our stay . The apartment was so cozy and clean. Within walking distance from yale . It was very convenient location. We enjoyed the coffee from the lounge and the bakery across the street. I didn’t get a chance to use the exercise room but it was so nice. The parking was good, we had a free assigned spot, we definitely recommend this beautiful apartment and planning to rebook whenever we come to New Haven.

The apartment was very well appointed, Very clean, and perfectly located in a perfectly located for things we needed to do at Yale-New Haven hospital. check in and check out were very easy, and the level of communication was top notch. We would stay here again anytime!

Excellent

I had an excellent stay at this Hyatus apartment. The unit was modern, spotless, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The building amenities, especially the gym and lounge, were a great bonus.

Summary: I liked: The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Before arrival, the host sent clear check-in instructions, which made everything easy. Tatenda was warm and very responsive, always quick to help with any questions. We couldn’t find a hair dryer or laundry detergent when we checked in, but they were delivered the same day after we reached out. There is also a nice new park just downstairs, which our kids enjoyed a lot. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. I did not like:

Summary: Apartment I liked: Had what you needed in an apartment and the instructions to get in was easy to understand. Bed was comfortable. I did not like: Had a lot of hair everywhere

Summary: I liked: Comfortable apartment with good kitchen amenities. I did not like: When we arrived the AC was not working. As these apartments are managed remotely it took a while to resolve. Be prepared for that

Our stay at Tatenda’s place was very pleasant- not only the apartment was well equipped and nicely furnished, but communication with the hostess was extremely easy and pleasant. I’d recommend the place anytime!

Great place, great host and a great experience. Everything was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Communication was excellent and check-in was easy. Highly recommend!
