Good

The unit was exactly as described and the location was perfect. The best part of the experience was the host. She was extremely responsive, proactive and went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly.

Great location, good proximity to restaurants and downtown Stamford! I stayed here well my daughter and son-in-law were in the hospital having their first baby, and after while my daughter was hospitalized! It was a godsend to know I had a place to come back to each evening!

Summary: I liked: Location for us was great, about a 5 minute walk to the train. The unit was clean and well kept. We asked to be on an upper level and they put us on the top floor which was nice. We plan on using the apartment option again in the future. I did not like: there was not anything we didn't like.

We were pleasantly happy with the apartment, location, and, a parking garage!!! There are several coffee shops (highly recommend Common Grounds, which is within walking distance) and grocery stores close by and the freeway was easy to get to. Our host, Sarah, was friendly and promptly helpful whenever we had a question.

Super good

A RESORT FEEL IN DOWNTOWN NEW HAVEN: Great stay…1000 words aren’t enough but I’ll try! From start to finish the communication was phenomenal! The building was everything and more. So many amenities. The best part was, well there were many. They provide everything you need if you just ask, from toilet paper to laundry detergent. The building staff was friendly and introduced themselves and made sure we had everything we needed. From the movie theater to the bowling alley, golf simulator and the rooftop lounge we were in heaven. The only thing that would make this more perfect would be if it were by the beach. We loved walking to dinner and back. We felt extremely safe. The space was just enough for my husband and I, fully equipped with everything we needed! The bed was amazing. We are definitely going to order us the exact model! The couch in the apartment just hugged you and made us not want to move! TRUST ME IF YOU STAY HERE YOU WILL NEVER BE DISAPPOINTED ! Thanks you HYATUS!

The service and attention are unmatched. I had many questions and everything was answered almost immediately in the most friendly way. The apartment is clean and modern. Nice amenities

Our host was wonderful and the property was both beautiful and spotless. We came into town a day early for a friend's wedding and staying here made everything extremely convenient. Sarah was able to guide us through finding parking for our second vehicle and frequently messaged us to ensure all was well during our stay. A lovely experience - we would 100% book again!

We enjoyed the property, could have used more toilet paper (no extra toilet paper in one of the bathrooms), and no extra towels; should have 4 sets of towels in each bathrooms. Also, bottles of water would have said “welcome”. Other than that, our stay and your place was suitable for our needs. Thank you

Perfect for 2 couples.

Great location and a great place to stay. So many bathrooms and showers, perfect for a large family like ours!
