Place was very good and fit well to our interest - we signed up for three weeks and added one more week because found the place very nice. Sarah was exceptional host - her responses were almost immediate and always aimed at addressing our needs, requests, or questions.

Had a great stay at Sarah’s place. Very cleanly and well kept. There were also amenities with seamless check-in! I would advise to let them know you’re on the way to avoid any delays at the front desk. Overall enjoyed the seem-less experience!

Beautiful apartment that is close to all Salem has to offer. Sarah was very communicative and helpful. Check in and check out were very smooth and the assigned parking space was a plus. We’ll definitely be visiting again soon.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Convenient to public transportation and had garage access which would have been great if I had a car. Nespresso machine was a nice addition. Kitchen had enough pots, pans, plates and cups to prepare a meal or snack at the apartment. Beds were comfortable. Nice stay. I would definitely check availability if staying in the area again.

Summary: I liked: I thought the location was more walkable to downtown Salem. We didn't want to deal with the hassle of parking every day so we ended up Ubering everywhere. I did not like:

We loved our Hyatus unit! It was perfect! This was our second stay, here. Very convenient. Sarah was so helpful. So much space for our family of four. The unit made our stay in New Haven so enjoyable. Five stars. We will stay here again.

This was the perfect Airbnb for 6 friends coming to Philly. Every bedroom was spacious, comfortable and as described. The house had everything you could think of and the rooftop was the perfect place to start our mornings off and end our nights with those views! Would 100% stay again next time we visit Philly.

Summary: property met our expectations in every way, and the host exceeded them. I liked: Our hosts were truly amazing. They were unbelievably responsive and handled every question/issue we had very quickly and always to our complete satisfaction. I did not like: I would have preferred out parking spot to be on the same floor we were staying on.

I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. I would gladly stay here again!

You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
