The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. It's located in a new apartment building and it's new and quiet. The host was amazingly responsive for all our questions and requests. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay with Hyatus. Everything was smooth from start to finish. They were communicative and proactive about everything. The check-in process was easy as was parking. The building had fantastic amenities (I.e. delicious coffee in lobby, gym, and entertainment room). The apartment itself was great- fully equipped with everything a small family would need. The location was great- close to Yale. We were also minutes away from many stores and restaurants. Book your stay here, you will not be disappointed!

The place was clean, safe, and convenient to Boston. However, check-in occurs at 4, and the building staff stops communicating at 5 unless an emergency. If you need anything minor such as washcloths like we did, you are out of luck until mid-morning. The biggest issue we had was that multiple renters without handicap placards or plates were assigned handicapped spots in the garage. We have a handicapped placard and a mobility impaired son and received a regular spot on the roof, which was 17 spots away from the entrance to our floor. This made unloading my son’s wheelchair extremely difficult, especially as it was raining on the day of our arrival. Tatenda messaged that a request was put in with the management for closer parking, but that it was out of his hands. It was extremely disappointing to see handicap spaces being illegally used and blatantly disregarded. I would not recommend other mobility impaired users stay here.

2nd time staying here - excellent stay. Tatenda and team are very responsive, friendly and courteous. Place is super easy to get to, location is pristine, self check-in and check-out is super easy (no check-out list to do!). The apartment is very tastefully done, super private, fully stocked. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Westchester. We'll be back! Tnx Tatenda. Again :)

We were so happy with this rental! The home was beautiful, on a quiet peaceful block, walking distance to anything and everything! The beds were so comfortable with squeaky clean linens, we didn’t want to get out of bed. Everything was so well thought out, even the hot tub was on and ready to go when we arrived. We are already thinking about when we can stay again.

Summary: Brilliant stay (for the 3rd time) I liked: This is my 3rd time staying here and I have to say that it's the best value and highest spec rental I've had. It was a good stay the people were friendly that I had to deal with, but my apartment was in a building owned by a separate property management company. There was some times I almost missed packages because if this. Overall it was a nice clean well kept and equipped apartment unit; it is in a convenient location next to downtown and near to Yale New Haven Hospital where I worked on assignment

Our family was traveling in the. Boston area for a baseball tournament and the location was very convenient. The apartment was in a new residential apartment building that had some really nice amenities and conveniences like private parking. The rooms were nice and clean and were represented well in the pictures. Our reserved parking spot was taken twice, but we contacted the host and they got us another parking spot immediately. Our host was extremely responsive and professional. Check-in was extremely easy. Overall a very nice stay, would recommend if you’re looking to stay just outside of the city of Boston. It was only about a 15-20 uber ride.

We had a great stay at the Everett condo\. The location worked out perfectly for us—only about 15–20 minutes from both the airport and downtown Boston\. Revere Beach is also close by and became one of our favorite places to go for a sunset walk, grab something to eat, and just enjoy the area\. Parking was always easy and convenient, which was a big plus\. Our apartment was on the inside ring overlooking the pool\. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us\. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived\. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay twice and stayed for a total of six weeks\! After that much time, it really started to feel like home\. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to Boston, the airport, and the surrounding area.
