Great experience! There was a helpful video to watch that explained everything clearly. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a sweet little welcome bag. The place was clean, cozy, and felt like home. Tatenda was a great host with excellent communication throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus. The building and apartment were beautiful, and the view was fantastic. The host was very responsive and quickly addressed any issues that came up. While my preference is typically a hotel stay, this Airbnb offered the best of both worlds—combining the comfort and space of a private apartment with hotel-like convenience. For example, there is always an attendant at the front desk, and the gym is well-equipped with everything you need and more. The location is also very convenient, with stores and restaurants within walking distance. I do recommend bringing washcloths (face towels), as they were not provided. However, larger towels and other supplies were available in abundance. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

Summary: Lo staff è stato d’aiuto in ogni momento. Disponibile e cordiale ha cercato di accontentarci in ogni richiesta o problem I liked: Camere e servizi erano perfetti anche se non sono riuscita a trovare/vedere la piscina I did not like: L’ascensore è stato fuori uso durante il nostro soggiorno.

Stayed at this great Airbnb in White Plains. The space was extremely clean, fresh, and modern with a very comfortable atmosphere throughout. Everything was well maintained and exactly as described. I had a great experience and will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Amazing stay definitely coming back. The place was spotless, the amenities were incredible, and the host was extremely welcoming and responsive throughout the entire stay. The bed was also one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. From the pool, movie theater, massive gym, salt room, family lounge, rooftop area, bowling, and golf simulator everything was top tier. Easily a 5-star experience all around.

Great stay. We enjoyed staying in the unit. Very comfortable and homely

We had a great week at this place. Everything was as described and super clean. Kitchen was stocked with cooking pots and dishes, which made cooking very easy. There were even spices. Tatenda was always very responsive and she even provided a high chair for my baby. We really enjoyed the courtyard and the indoor spaces on the first floor. My toddler spent a lot of time there and was very happy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! The apartment was beautiful, looked exactly like the pictures, the garage was well lit, private, and clean, the concierge was friendly and helpful, and the entire building smelled great. I think we found our Philly go to ?
