Summary: Lovely hotel in a great location. I liked: Property location was great. Brand new building. Staff were helpful and very responsive. Property had everything we needed for our stay. I did not like: We had someone sleeping on the sofa bed for the duration of the stay (8 days) and the mattress on the bed was so uncomfortable they couldn’t sleep on it. A mattress topper was provided after two days, which made it better.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful, and the location was great. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Unit was absolutely amazing. Location is near to latest outlet shops area which is known as Assembly Row. Many indoor amenities are available to use. Safe parking inside the garage. Apartment is spacious and very well maintained. All routine require utensils are available. The host is Super responsive and very cooperative. Overall our stay was very comfortable and felt like our home.

Awesome stay at this property and Tatenda was a wonderful host! Lots of communication prior to and during our stay. The place was super clean, all the linens and towels smelled fresh, and the place was perfectly equipped. The apartment was perfect size for our stay. Tatenda answered any questions I had within minutes. The rooftop was a cool spot with great views. This is a professionally managed property and very high end. Way better than a hotel. Parking included was a plus. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you!!!

Summary: The staff were really helpful and friendly and our accommodation was great value for money. Definitely recommend I liked: The apartment was absolutely perfect and in a great location- close to sea museum and old mystic and 10mins to train station. It had everything we needed including coffee, pastries and fruit for breakfast. I did not like: Nothing

We had such a lovely stay! The hosts were truly amazing, so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with everything from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The place itself was perfect and made our trip even more special. Honestly had a great stay at Newbold Retreat in Philly. The place was super clean, cozy, and a lot bigger than I expected. The beds were really comfortable and everything just felt nice and easy to settle into. Location was great too. Easy to get around, grab food, and get into the city without any hassle. Check in was smooth, communication was quick, and the whole stay just felt simple and stress free. Would definitely stay here again. One of the better Philly stays I’ve had in a while.

Great place and location! Tatenda with Hyatus were easy to get a hold of if there were any issues or questions. They were responsive. I would stay there again!

Loved our stay here, very accessible to the business school and activities around Cambridge.
