Sarah was a great host. Was very responsive and attentive to our family’s needs. They worked on providing accommodations when necessary. The Airbnb itself was beautiful. Everything was neat and clean. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, detergent, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) were also provided. We would absolutely stay here any time and recommend it to all.

Summary: I liked: I did not like: appartement was niet goed schoon. er waren te weinig handdoeken en de parkeerpas lag er niet. Uiteindelijk vlot opgelost, maar wel vervelende start.

Summary: Close to everything with a modern, clean vibe. I liked: The apartment was comfortable and just big enough for three people for a short stay. Beds and linen were great. Engagement with Hyatus and concierge staff was excellent. I did not like: There was no milk on arrival for coffee; loved the coffee pods. The water filter jug could not be used owing to mould so needs a good clean. Would be good to have dish washing liquid and a tea towel as we didn’t use enough dishes to justify using the dishwasher.

This condo was wonderful, very peaceful just outside the city but very close to everything in the Boston area. Would absolutely stay here again!! The directions to getting in were very clear. They thought of everything step by step!! Thank you so much ?

We had a really great stay here and would definitely come back! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a longer stay with family. The Hyatus team was also super responsive and easy to communicate with. Whenever we had a question or needed help with something, they got back to us quickly and were always helpful. We had a small issue with the washing machine during our stay, and they had someone come by and fix it very quickly, which we really appreciated. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Everything from the apartment itself to the support from the team made our time here easy and enjoyable. A huge thanks to Sarah, Tatenda, and the whole Hyatus team for taking such great care of us. We’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Boston area!

We enjoyed our stay! The private parking garage was great! The front desk staff and others who were in the complex were so friendly! Communication was excellent! Great place! We would stay here again!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Comfortable beds. Close to downtown shops and restaurants and 10 minutes from train station for a quick trip into Boston. Sarah was extremely quick to respond when I had questions. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Boston in famiglia I liked: Struttura non nel centro di Boston che rimane raggiungibile in 15 minuti con treno vicino al l’appartamento. Nei pressi della struttura molti negozi e supermercati. Appartamento super per pulizia dimensione e accessori. Servizi super top con piscina e palestra I did not like: Direi nulla.

Great host. Very easy to contact and very responsive. Instructions are detailed and clear.

Over all this place was nice. Quiet area with beautiful pool area for families. When we arrived the apartment wasn't ready. We finally were able to go in about 20 mins after check in.this really wasn't a big deal but if you have tired kids it can be a bummer. Apartment was a good size and its always nice to have a kitchen . Make sure to always carry your key fob with you at all times. You need it for several doors. We were able to get parking out front most times.
