This apartment was beautiful, squeaky clean, and felt like home. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Most places don’t look exactly like the photos posted but this apartments photos were spot on. The beds were super comfortable and the place in general felt warm and inviting. Sarah with Hyatus was wonderful! She was very responsive and handled any concerns I had promptly. I would definitely recommend to any one needing or wanting to stay in Salem!!

Summary: I liked: Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft, mit sehr guter Lage und freundlichem Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! I did not like:

We had a great time. This was a girls getaway to celebrate birthdays. Appreciated the hot tub and private backyard. It was close to restaurants, shops and New Hope for same.

My group of 4 adults had a really great stay here while visiting Boston! The apartment was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. The surrounding area felt safe and was a convenient 15 mins to drive into the city and easy to find food and essentials nearby if not wanting to travel far. The building amenities (common areas and pool/patio) are really so nice and appear well kept. We had a technical difficulty at check-in which costed us some time, but the host was very responsive and helpful. The beds were smaller than a true Queen size, but were quite comfortable so easily forgiven in our case. Overall we had a wonderful time and are grateful to the hosts!

We recently stayed at Hyatus Downtown at Yale and had a good experience overall. The building is convenient and easy to access with a designated parking spot and the apartment unit felt modern, bright, and welcoming. Other highlights of the property are definitely the building amenities; having access to a fully equipped gym and a rooftop is a plus. The location is practical, positioned centrally between local businesses downtown New Haven, and some surrounding low-income blocks. To elevate the apartment to a true 5-star rating, a few maintenance and housekeeping details need attention. The throw blanket in the main room needed a proper wash before our arrival. The bathroom also felt somewhat average compared to the rest of the unit, the lighting was dim and needed a lighted mirror, while the vanity counter and tub/shower combo were somewhat worn down. Overall, it was a solid 4-star stay with great building features and a nice welcome bag with snacks.?

Overall, my stay was very good. The neighborhood seemed calm and peaceful. The town house was fairly clean and matched the pictures well. My guests enjoyed the amenities. A few issues: The kitchen seemed to have an ant problem. I found ants every time I used the kitchen sink, and I noticed what I think were ant traps in the first floor half-bathroom, so I don't think this is a new problem. I think at this point an exterminator might be a good idea. The second floor bathtub drain was very slow, potentially nearly plugged. The seal on the front-loading washing machine was mildewed. I would suggest replacing the seal on the washing machine. The dryer seemed to have some difficulties drying towels effectively; perhaps the exhaust is plugged with lint or other debris. When we arrived, the clean towels were still damp. Lastly (and this is very minor) but there didn't seem to be washcloths in the house, and the third floor bathroom was out of body wash when we arrived.
