    Apartment was clean and had all the amenities. We had difficulty with both TVs that required maintenance visits twice. Max was the person who came both times and he was very good and efficient. Mentioned halfway through our stay that the ac in the bedroom was dripping onto the furniture. Unfortunately we did not want to have someone come if we were not there and the host couldn’t guarantee a time. Assume ac will be looked at soon.

    Summary: Great building with brand new amenities. Great location. I liked: Great building, modern, new and very clean. The apartment was upscale with all the perks a hotel would offer, including coffee capsules and cooking ingredients. The gym was also great. I did not like: Nothing.

    Incredible communication and the place has great walkability - especially enjoyed the local restaurants and vibe close by. We easily walked to the historic sections and felt safe doing so even late at night. Parking wasn't hard - like people are saying - just book ahead and you're a block or two away from your car. Beds were very comfortable, views were outstanding.

    The apartment is very new, clean, and well-equipped. The host is very friendly and welcoming, and the location is extremely convenient. The kitchen has everything you need, including a full range of cookware, dishes, and utensils. We had a wonderful stay, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at the Everett condo\. The location worked out perfectly for us—only about 15–20 minutes from both the airport and downtown Boston\. Revere Beach is also close by and became one of our favorite places to go for a sunset walk, grab something to eat, and just enjoy the area\. Parking was always easy and convenient, which was a big plus\. Our apartment was on the inside ring overlooking the pool\. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for the two of us\. Everything was clean and well kept when we arrived\. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up extending our stay twice and stayed for a total of six weeks\! After that much time, it really started to feel like home\. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with easy access to Boston, the airport, and the surrounding area.

I had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed for an easy and enjoyable stay. The location was convenient, and the entire process from check-in to check-out was smooth and well organized. The space felt much more comfortable and welcoming than a traditional hotel, while still offering the quality and professionalism you would expect from a luxury property. I would absolutely stay with Hyatus again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a furnished apartment in the Boston area.
