Great all around

The building itself was excellent — a nice, new construction with a great location — but the host's service fell far short of what that setting deserved. The unit had not been properly cleaned before arrival — clothing left behind by a previous guest was still in the closet. Parking was a constant problem, at one point placing us in a spot whose actual owner showed up and disputed it mid-stay. Basic amenities like towels were insufficient for our family size, despite having provided the number of guests at both reservation and check-in. WiFi was slow and constantly disconnecting, making it hard to rely on. EV charging access never worked correctly despite multiple attempts, and every resolution required repeated follow-ups and chasing the host. What should have been a relaxing getaway turned into ongoing troubleshooting. I would not recommend this property to any guest.

Absolutely perfect! The location, the cleanliness, the customer service everything was perfect. I come to Philly a lot this will be my go to place to stay from now on.

It was a pleasure staying at this wonderful Airbnb that truly felt like home. From the moment we arrived, the cozy atmosphere enveloped us, making it easy to settle in and relax. The unit was well-equipped, allowing us to cook both breakfast and dinner without any hassle. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and appliances, which made meal prep enjoyable. It was great to have the option to dine in while feeling like we were in our own space. One of the highlights of our stay was the access to the pool and workout room. The pool area was inviting and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The workout room was also a nice touch, allowing us to keep up with our fitness routines while traveling. We were located near downtown, we found ourselves surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and grocery options. We will definitely stay here again.

Great layout of apt. Clean building and apt. We enjoyed the gym. Also very near the T station.

The place was in a safe environment, easy access to places to dine, and accessible to my event place - the Westchester County Center.

Amazing stay would definitely book again!!!

Hosts were very thoughtful and communicative, responsive if we had any questions at any time of the day. Perfect location, close to a lot of things and at a walkable distance. Perfect apartment for a family with young kids as well. We felt safe, the people in the building were friendly and we would recommand it anytime.

Sarah’s place was very nice. The pool area was my favorite. There is not much within walking distance so make sure you have a car. Sarah is very responsive and polite and makes sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. I would recommend staying at Sarah’s place but if you are looking for nicer and walkable neighborhood I would recommend staying at another Hyatus’s locations.
