Nous avons adoré notre séjour!! Super bien situé pour des visites à Boston. Le sofa lit était confortable pour mon ado !! Nous avons profité des installations (piscine) et jardin extérieur!$

Summary: Uitstekend appartement, echter het moet de juiste aandacht van het management blijven houden. I liked: Het was een uitstekend appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. I did not like: Moe na een lange reis hadden we hoge verwachtingen van het appartement. Echter, bij aankomst stonden er drie grote, mobiele airco's (met dozen) in het appartement; dat maakte geen goede indruk. Dit gaf de indruk dat het appartement niet de juiste voldoende aandacht krijgt. Ook waren er te weinig drinkglazen voor vier personen. Deze twee problemen werden snel opgelost. Op de Booking.com-website staat dat het appartement een eethoek buiten, tuinmeubilair en een barbecue heeft. Dit is niet het geval.

Summary: Beautiful, spotless apartment with exceptional hospitality—I couldn’t recommend Hyatus more highly! I liked: This apartment and my overall experience far exceeded all expectations! The property and building are absolutely beautiful—tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and clearly very well cared for. Communication with Hyatus was the cherry on top. They always responded incredibly quickly and were so pleasant and helpful to deal with. Unfortunately, I had to change my plans and cut my stay short due to health issues and return to the U.K. Hyatus were exceptionally kind and understanding and, as a one-off courtesy, even refunded the entire remaining 10 days of my stay. I had booked knowing that the reservation was non-refundable, so they were under absolutely no obligation to do this. Their kindness and compassion genuinely meant so much to me. There were so many other things I loved about my stay. Check-in was incredibly easy, the doormen were always friendly, and the kitchen was SO well equipped with everything I needed to cook. In fact, the entire apartment was exceptionally well stocked and thoughtfully prepared. There was hand soap in both the kitchen and bathroom, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, trash bags, salt and pepper, toilet paper, kitchen paper, and even toothbrushes and toothpaste! It’s those little details that make such a difference when you’re away from home. The bed and pillows were also VERY comfortable, the hallways were quiet at night, and the air conditioning was easy to adjust. The private outdoor area and gardens were beautiful and so peaceful to sit in. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and VRBOs over the past 10+ years due to frequent travel, and this was BY FAR one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I genuinely cannot recommend this property and Hyatus highly enough. The apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable, spotless and incredibly well equipped, but the level of care and kindness from Hyatus made the experience even more special. I would stay here again without hesitation. You won’t regret booking it! I did not like: That I had to leave!

Held our 19 people easily. Great creek in the back where we spent a lot of time.

Summary: Our stay was excellent— 6 of us agreed. I liked: Exactly as pictured — upscale, professionally furnished and decorated. Very responsive host with immediate replies. We found great restaurants and a Fresh Market within half an hour’s drive, but skip the famous Bill’s Seafood as it’s NOT up to ratings. I did not like: Not a big issue, there was a nice spice array but no coffee, tea, sugar.

Efficient studio with lovely ambiance. Spectacular location with easy access to Philadelphia Museum of Art, Barnes Foundation, Reading Terminal Market, City Hall & Liberty Bell; near Chinatown as well. In secure building with parking space & EV chargers which was a great bonus for us. Building concierge was extremely personable & helpful. Great stay!

Summary: I liked: The apartment was perfect! Comfortable, clean and nice. The self check-in was very convenient and extremely detailed, every step of the way. The self checkout as well. I did not like:

I had my son and his partner staying at Mike's Airbnb they both had only great things to say about their stay and location. Also, Mike was very supportive and quick to respond to all questions and requests. Outstanding customer service.

This apartment was spotless, cozy, and perfect for our family! The bathrooms were nice and spacious, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. The building amenities are fantastic, and having access to an indoor parking garage was a huge plus. The location was close to local shops and restaurants, and Sarah was a wonderfully helpful and responsive host.

Everything was great. The place was great inside. The only negative is the air conditioning was not that great. Other than that no complaints

Stayed there for 4 nights and overall I believe it to be ok. Pre trip the communicaiton was very good and the administration was very responsive. There were howeveer some challenges and I cannot overlook given at this cost. 1- Pre check-in I confirmed that there were EV chargers available for usage. It was confrimed that they do have charger available and sent me the instruction. Upon arrival they would work, for the next 5 days there was back and forth communications each time confirming that it was now fixed, but it never worked. I gave up. 2-On first day I got a communication that there will be no water from 9AM to 2PM and that some maintenance ppl may need to access the room. This is after a very long trip and would have appreciated a earlier notification or at least a later time of water being shut and maintenance ppl accessing the room. 3-The AC was VERY loud. The vents are ok in the 2 bedrooms but the unit in the living room is unbearably loud and this is where the pull out couch is. 4-We were 4 ppl, there were 4 towels. No cleaning or new towels for the 4 days unless i paid extra. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, but I didn't expect to have to launder my towels. The unit is new, modern, and clean but at this price I expect better overall service.
