    Beautifully furnished newer apartment with washer and dryer, a large bathroom, and an assigned parking space in a covered garage. I had a small issue with some missing items, and the friendly staff responded quickly and resolved the issue. The area itself is close to Boston without being inside the heavy traffic. The unit itself is a good walk from the elevator, but I was able to use the building’s cart to move my belongings.

    Summary: It suited our needs but could be improved on with a little extra care I liked: The space was adequate & well appointed. Modern furniture & finishes, comfortable beds were good. Washing & drying facilities were a huge bonus. Communication with the host was spot on I did not like: The apartment has a lingering bad odour which is very off- putting. Some things are there in abundance like toothbrushes and face wipes but no cloth in the kitchen ?

    We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very responsive, check-in was seamless, and the location was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

    Summary: The comfort of a nice hotel for half the cost I liked: Brand new, high-tech, great central location that was safe. The self-check-in worked great. The parking structure was convenient and reasonable considering the location. This is a great location to set off and discover Boston and the price makes it an incredible value. I did not like:

    This place is great! It has everything you need. It's in a quiet neighborhood and its close to restaurants and stores. It has a private indoor garage which was a huge bonus. It was well furnished and had a fully equipped kitchen. I would definitely stay there again when I'm back in Boston.

I had an AMAZING time with Hyatus, 100/10 would love to stay again! Before I even arrived, my mind was at ease with the clear location directions and contactless check-in instructions and video. I arrived feeling confident and anxiety-free, and I easily got to my room within two minutes! Once I arrived, it got even better. The space and views were beautiful and cozy, and a couple requests I made beforehand were beyond exceeded! Whenever I had a question I got a response almost immediately no matter the time, and they were so unbelievably kind. This Somerville property has wonderful amenities in and outside, and is in a top-tier location. They made my birthday weekend get-away super phenomenal and memorable, and I hope to stay with Hyatus again in the future :) ✨

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Hyatus Corporate & Medical Housing. The apartment matched the listing photos and felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and tourist attractions. Communication was excellent, with timely updates regarding the apartment building. I would gladly stay here again!

You can never be sure about a short term rental until you arrive! Arriving at this location was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this apartment by Hyatus. The location was perfect, the accommodations were as promised and the apartment building, amenities and parking garage were added bonuses! The apartment was clean, comfortable and although small it was very efficient. The communication provided by Hyatus prior to our arrival included the best advice and instructions I’ve ever received with any other VRBO. No regrets.. no complaints!!
