Tatenda was quick to respond and sent very clear instructions on check in and out! Parking on site was great. Amenities and the apartment were just like the photos. Beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. Safe building and location close to downtown! Thank you again for the stay!

I really enjoyed my stay in this unit. There was a small issue upon check in that was quickly remedied by the host. The location is wonderful and the bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I would return here!

While the listing mentioned construction noise, it failed to disclose that the building itself was under active construction. From day one, this made the environment disruptive and uncomfortable. A few days into our stay, the dryer broke. Instead of repairing it, we were told to move to another apartment in a different building — which was also under construction. The second apartment was far worse. Construction began around 5:00 AM every morning and continued for hours. There was also no hot water throughout the stay. Although the host was responsive to our messages, they failed to take any action to resolve these issues. This combination of misleading disclosure, broken amenities, lack of basic services, and ineffective hosting made the stay completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this property under any circumstances.

Very clean and cozy apartment. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would recommend it for a family of 4 or 2 couples. The host was amazing and easy to communicate with. Located 5-10 min drive from a city center. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Summary: I liked: I did not like: relativ laut und dadurch schlecht geschlafen, weiters wurde sehr früh der Müll geleert und es kam zu lauten Metallischen Geräuschen.

Over all looked like the pictures. It should of had kitchen towels and sponges. spices were used up and had to buy more..hot tub people were finishing up when I arrived and the grass needed to be cut to be able to enjoy the yard and let kids run around. wound up mowing it ourselves after not being taken care of by host. kind neighbor let us use their mower.

Arris was a very comfortable stay for me and my family of 4. The facilities were clean, we used the common spaces very often. I appreciated the layers of security (only key-accessible elevators, stairs, and doors) and the prompt responses of their customer service team. Parking was very comfortable and we discovered an additional parking garage that allows you to park on your exact floor! The location is also great—15 minutes or so from Boston.Will definitely be staying again.

Wow, just had an amazing stay here. I'm almost hesitant to write this review because I want to keep this gem to myself, but they deserve the praise. This isn't your typical hotel room, it’s like having your own stylish apartment in the city. Having a full kitchen was a total game-changer we could make coffee and breakfast in the morning instead of rushing out. The whole place was spotless, modern, and just had a great vibe. The bed was seriously comfortable, and it was so quiet at night. Check-in was a breeze with the key fob locker, too. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever stay in a regular hotel in Philly again after this. 10/10, will absolutely be back.

Unit inside professional manger condo. Friendly staffs and good amenities. The only drawback is the unit mailroom is still under construction. Other than that, everything is five star.

Absolutely loved my time here. I've been booking this place for over a year and I love it every time. It's so peaceful and always a clean well-kept place that feels like home.

地理位置优越，哈佛商学院对面。大楼是新建的，房间是新装修的，厨房设备齐全而且崭新，厨具餐具调料一应俱全，非常方便自己做饭，附近有超市。房主很友好，而且大方，各种消耗品齐全充足，品种丰富，超乎想象。宾至如归，生活非常方便。有问必答，沟通交流及时高效。是一个住过还想住的地方。
