Great place to stay!

The best place to stay hands down. Such a hidden gem and much better than a tiny room...

Tatenda was beyond what we have experienced as a superhost. Tatenda was so kind and helpful. The Checkin experience was great because we had a video the described in detail how and where to park, how to call to enter the building (since it’s a high rise apartment), how to access all the amenities, etc. The apartment was amazing, beautifully decorated , conveniently located, comfortable, with more amenities than we could take advantage of. The apartment is walkable to just about everything that New Haven has to offer. My family stayed here for my 50th birthday and I couldn’t have asked for a better host or location. Thank you Tatenda!

Quiet and Nice place to stay in and three shopping malls can be reached within 10 minutes.

We had such a wonderful stay with Hyatus in Northern Liberties! The apartment was not only spotless and beautifully designed but also felt truly like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care offrom the comfortable beds and modern kitchen to the little touches that made the space feel welcoming.

Great location, really can’t complain about anything! Linen was crisp and white. Any questions I may have had was answered with detailed instructions beforehand!!!

1. We never received a second key for the room. Despite being told that someone would deliver a second key. 2. The room above our room was extremely loud. There was a lot of footsteps and running around in the middle of the night every night that we stayed here. 3. The water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low 4. Something in the room was causing my son to get hives. We had to go to a local pharmacy to get Benadryl. 5. The water in the pool was low. Actually looked like the water was getting lower every day that we were here. 6. The corners of the bed were sharp. We walked into it several times at night. 7. Room was very nice and clean. The items above are minor in nature. But were an inconvenience for the cost.

great experience and amazing host!

Tatenda was a great host- always responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend the place to guests in the Boston area with a family of up to 4. We enjoyed our stay.

Apartment was exactly as described and fully stocked. Stayed 2 weeks and were very comfortable. Customer service team was very responsive during the booking process and stay, shared lots of local info for building and town. Location convenient to sites and activities we wanted to do. Pet-friendly as well. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Staying at the Hyatus apartment hotel in CC Philly was nothing short of incredible! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how pristine, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The apartment blended the comforts of home with the luxury of a high-end hotel, modern furnishings, spotless spaces, and every amenity I could possibly need.
