I stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed my time. It’s a very new apartment building with nice amenities and feels very secure. The garage parking was the biggest perk. The building had a nice courtyard with chairs and grills, a gym, pool table, etc. The room itself was tiny but I knew it was a studio going into it. The kitchen was very convenient and having a washer/dryer in the unit was great during a long stay. I’d stay here again in a hear beat.

This location suited our purposes perfectly. We arrived with clear instructions as to how to access the studio apartment and garage. There can be traffic in front of the building depending on time of day but it's totally manageable and worthwhile given that you can park your vehicle and have easy access to it during your stay. We enjoy walking and it felt like we were close enough to areas of the city we wanted to explore. The studio space is typical in size but felt luxurious in that you can spill out into a spacious courtyard, gym and recreation area on another floor. The building has a nice vibe and Tatenda was a responsive host.

Tatenda is one of the most responsive, helpful, gracious hosts we've ever had. She and her team are stellar communicators with clear detailed and thoughtful instructions that include pics and videos which are extremely helpful. The apt is in pristine condition with elevated furnishings and bedding, and a stocked kitchen. The building is secure and new, with lots of amenities which include an excellent game room, and its steps away from a fab upscale mall, whole foods and minutes from highways. This is the second time we've stayed at one of Tatenda'a homes, and it won't be the last.

Awesome place that had everything we needed in a great location!

My stay at this apartment was great. It was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently close to everything. The parking on the same floor was a big plus and made things much easier. I would definitely recommend this place.

10/10 will definitely recommend. Fairly close to the central of the city of Philadelphia. Free parking which was very convenient within the building. Easy Check In and super helpful and responsive to any questions I had. Thank you Tatenda! Whenever I do come back to Philly, I will be looking for your apartment to book again.

Really lovely stay at a great place. Ideal location with ideal amenities. Tatenda’s communication was stellar.

Nice clean place just as described in the write-up and pictures. We chose this for proximity to train station and walkability to downtown destinations. The booking and communication were very timely and helpful. If something wasn’t perfect I feel like we would have received the help needed.

Great and outstanding place to stay truly. A home away from home thank you.

I came to Philly to visit my daughter who is attending Temple. This was a beautiful building and the apartment was perfect for me and my daughter. There is no private parking on the premises but there were close by parking lots. I didn’t even need to use them since i was able to find street parking. I will definitely look to reserve this locate when i come back!!
