This was my second time staying at this property and I loved it just as much as I did the first time, hence my return! I worked with Tatenda initially and she was amazing and very lovely. Sarah took up from Tatenda and I enjoyed working with her as well! Sarah was very professional and communicated very well each time I had a question. I will definitely be returning when next I am in the neighborhood!

This Airbnb was perfect for what I needed. The unit layout was good with the living space (with comfy pullout) separate from the bedroom. Huge walk in closet and bathroom so you can keep the place uncluttered during your stay. Building amenities were amazing- gym, great roofdeck, lobby lounge. Everything is clean and new. Included garage parking was a plus! Key fobs and entry were really easy. The host was always available and really helpful. I would definitely stay again if I had the need to be in the White Plains area.

Summary: I liked: The building and apartment are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is also excellent, with convenient access to downtown Boston. I did not like: Nadia, our host contact, was very responsive and always available. However, the maintenance and cleaning support teams were less accessible. The self-check-in process went smoothly, but a little later we were unable to lock the apartment because the electronic keypad batteries had died. It took over an hour for someone to arrive and replace them. Unfortunately, the person who came was not prepared with the proper tools and had to improvise by using a key to open the battery compartment. The issue was eventually resolved, but the response time and lack of preparation were disappointing.

Sarah was great to communicate with. We loved the apartment amenities and how easy everything was. We especially loved the fact that Whole Foods was walking distance and the apartment was walking distance to many places! We will rent here again!

Our stay was absolutely impeccable! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as presented. Communication was exceptionally fast, and every question we had was answered promptly and thoroughly. The website was also amazing—detailed, organized, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I travel frequently for work with a corporate company, and this was truly one of the best hosting experiences I have had in all my years of travel. The level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail was unmatched. I would highly recommend this property and host to anyone!

I will definitely choose this apartment whenever I visit Boston again!! Honestly, I really wish I'd booked this earlier so I could've spent my whole trip here.

Great stay! Perfect location walkable to green and orange line. Great host communication. Beautiful apartment. No crazy list of check-out chores like some places. Would absolutely stay here again.

I really needed more space for this review. Condensed version: The building was great with a courtyard, pool, gym, common areas, and secure parking. Convenient location near the Orange Line. Comfortable beds and quick responses from management for extra towels. Check-in was difficult: key fobs weren’t in the Key Café and garage access failed, leaving us stuck after travel. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. It looked fine at first, but there were sticky spills, stained carpet, dirty walls, and a dirty rug. More concerning, bedding seemed unwashed—hairs on sheets, dirty duvet covers, and a mattress protector with residue that washed out when we washed them. Hairs were also in the shower. Did not meet expectations for a “luxury” rental. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs without issues like this. I requested a refund to relocate, but it was denied. I had a follow up voicemail from the company earlier this week and called them back, but they have not returned that call.

Apartamento em prédio novo, mas precisa de carro para tudo. bairro é muito desinteressante. Apartamento sujo, lençol manchado, endredon rasgado, nem um sal em saquinho sequer. Nem um saquinho de máquina de lavar louça. Nenhuma toalha para levar à praia. Panelas engorduradas, armários sujos, lixo com resto de comida de outro hóspede. Sugeriram que limpassem, mas não aceitei porque não queria pessoas no apto na minha presença e na minha opinião a acomodação já deveria estar limpa aguardando a minha chegada. Ofereceram devolver a taxa limpeza ao que eu aceitei, no entanto a experiência foi decepcionante. Anfitrião educado e prestativo, mas seria preferível ficar num hotel pois não me senti em casa.

We had an amazing experience! There was a lot of activities to do within the place, like the lounge areas to do work and the pool with a great atmosphere. The bedrooms were neat and comfy, my family and I felt right at home!
